My blogging tool, Blog Recorder, is getting two major updates that I’m thrilled to share with you.
Flexible Audio Uploads
The first big change is all about flexibility. You’re no longer limited to recording audio directly in Blog Recorder. Now, you can upload any audio file you have:
This means you can turn any audio into a blog post, even if it wasn’t originally recorded for that purpose.
- Record on your phone without an internet connection
- Use pre-recorded podcast episodes
- Upload any audio file you have lying around
Overhauled Editing Experience
The second update focuses on making the editing process smoother and more intuitive:
New Slash Menu
Type a slash (/) to open a menu that helps you quickly find and add elements to your post.
Visual Enhancements
- Add images to your blog posts for more visual appeal
- New left-side menu appears when hovering over elements
Improved Element Manipulation
- Easily create new blocks below existing ones
- Transform elements (e.g., change heading levels or convert to paragraphs)
- Use drag and drop to move content around
These updates make Blog Recorder more versatile and user-friendly than ever. Whether you’re a podcaster looking to repurpose content or a blogger who wants more editing flexibility, these new features have got you covered.
